DUNCANSVILLE, PA – The lot formerly known as the Aviation Inn, a popular bar and restaurant for locals, has been purchased by an establishment aiming to revitalize the building. The lot has been vacant since September 2024, leaving a large cavity in the community. However, the new owners have plans to develop the building into a completely new establishment: A gentlemen’s club centered around Christian values under the name “The Adam’s Apple.”

The premise of The Adam’s Apple is to provide a safe space for men to appreciate the female form in a God-honoring way, according to co-owner Matthieu Leavitt, “We’re here to celebrate the three G’s: Girls, guns, and Jesus.”

When asked about the project, co-owner and innovator David Kimball had a lot to share, “It’s about time we restored family values into nightlife, this establishment is going to be centered around embracing masculinity, as God intended. We’ve lost communities built for young men to truly appreciate the male gaze,” Kimball continued, “Forget being a girl’s girl, be a man’s man.”

The business is predicted to open in Spring 2027, with renovations beginning as early as February 2026.
