Bellwood Man Arrested for Smuggling Fentanyl Through Rectum, Insists It, “Isn’t Gay.”

BELLWOOD, PA – A Bellwood man was arrested last week for possessing several milligrams of fentanyl and is facing drug trafficking charges. 

Malcolm Walker, 34, was arrested Monday evening, Feb. 23, after being spotted by urinating on a fire hydrant by Bellwood police officers. This was after several prior complaints had been placed, reporting a man for “ominously waddling” up and down the sidewalks. 

According to the criminal complaint, Walker attempted to flee the police officers, but tripped over his own pants, which were still at his ankles. Allegedly, Walker stayed laid face-down on the ground, repeating to the officers that “[he] isn’t gay.” 

Reports state that the police did not find the fentanyl on Walker’s person until after he was taken into custody and given a formal pat-down. When interrogated, Walker allegedly admitted to smuggling the drugs up his rectum due to “its security,” and additionally requested that the officers “don’t tell his girl.” 

Walker is currently placed in Blair County Prison on charges of possession with intent to deliver.

Bail was denied by a local judge due to Walker’s “potential homosexual tendencies.”
